Leadership

Under the guidance of both our clergy and lay leadership, BZBI has upheld the principles of Conservative Judaism while being attuned to the needs of the Center City community in which it thrives. Rabbi Ira Stone and Cantor Sharon Grainer serve the spiritual needs of our congregants and, in cooperation with Executive Director Donna Rosenthal and our Board of Trustees, work to maintain the vision and vitality of our shul. Our leaders share an understanding of the importance of a connected community, and maintaining a strong support system for our members is one of the highest priorities of our leadership.
